Images for Social Media
Everyone tells you that images and videos are really important for your social media marketing campaigns. They also say that you shouldn’t use other people’s images without permission because of copyright infringement laws and fines. You can be everywhere and maybe you don’t want to take a bunch of photos. It is best for to use images from your business in your marketing. But, still, how do size them or add your logo or a Call To Action (CTA). There are several tools that can help you create the images for social media you need!
Canva- This is my favorite and heavily utilized site for image creation! There are free images and if you need one that isn’t, it’s only $1. There are many templates for image sizes beyond Facebook and Twitter. Choose from of the many pre-made layouts or create your own.
Pexels- This site adds 5 free new photos everyday. You can search for an image and find many free photo options. If your search results do not bring up the type of image you were looking for Pexels will make suggestions where you may purchase one.
Finda.photo- You can find all types of images on this site and even search by color, collection, source or recent searches. I found this photo on the home page and love how colorful it is! This will draw your fans in with visually appealing presentation.
Stock Up– Stock Up lets you search 26 high-quality, free stock photo websites in one place.
Each website is indexed every week, so new photos are always being added.

StockSnap- StockSnap is the best place on the internet to find beautiful free stock photos.
We select nothing but the highest quality, highest resolution pictures and add them to our database on a daily basis. This is not your typical crappy stock photo site.
All photos uploaded to the site are released under Creative Commons – CC0 and do not require attribution. No more hassle trying to figure out whether you can use photos for commercial use and whether you need to provide attribution.
We curate the best stock photos from around the web and we also upload photos from select photographers within our network. The end result is a bad ass repository of beautiful stock photography.

Find the images for social media you need, upload it/them to Canva, add your logo and perhaps some wording. Put it on your social media or use in an ad for Facebook.
